LY- 3000C Intelligent 2 in 1 High Speed Rigid Box Making Machine (within bubble pressing functions)
The LY-3000C is an Intelligent 2 in 1 High Speed Rigid Box Making Machine (within bubble pressing function). Its production speed up to 70 pcs/min for do one size production, making range is large. Suitable for the production of rigid boxes like smartphone boxes, makeup boxes, jewery boxes and wine boxes.
This machine adopts servo control system and visual positioning system to realize automatic completion of paper feeding gluing, ash board, corner pasting, positioning, box holding and edge wrapping.
In Feeding, glue and conveyor belt using well-known brand servo drive, can be infinitely variable speed, high precision, easy to adjust, save time; Positioning part adopts visual positioning system and robot grasp gray box to improve positioning accuracy and efficiency, positioning with accuracy of 0.05mm, positioning and debugging speed is faster.

- Adopt none top suction after the box is formed,reduce labor cost for stay Inline.
- Secure it with a downward-pulling suction, allowing the tray to stable fall onto the conveyor belt.
- Conveyor belt feeding system simultaneously transports two matching boxes of different sizes to the positioning section.
- Easy to set up, tape width in 19mm.
